Our lariat nose loping hackamore has a stiff 3/8” lariat rope bosal and is attached to a leather browband headstall with a fiador (throatlatch) in the color of your choice.
The 9/16" split reins are the thicker style reins and are 7'. The 9/16" mecate reins offer a loop style rein as well as a lead to be attached to your saddle or use for groundwork and are 22' in total length. Loop reins are about 9’ in length.
Your loping hackamore will be shipped and arrive ready to use! This is a strong hackamore and can be good for horses that are dull to pressure.

8’ to 10’ are common lengths for loop reins for average size horses while 7’ and 8’ are common lengths for split reins. If you aren’t sure what length you need, we advise measuring a pair you already have or measuring on your horse to decide as this item can not be returned or exchanged.

High quality training line made from 9/16" yacht braid with your choice of snap or loop. The end of line is weighted and finished with a leather popper. The weight of the line allows you the ability to get results from the slightest cues due to its weight and feel.
Lines can be made with snap spliced directly onto the line or with a loop so the snap can be changed. If you have a preference, please specify otherwise the line will have a loop so the snap can be changed.
