Pre-made items typically ship within 1-3 business days. If an order is placed with pre-made and custom items (items not marked pre-made are custom), the order will ship when the custom items are completed. If you’d like the pre-made items to ship first, please add a note at checkout to ship pre-made items before the customs are finished.
